Terms and Conditions
Booking for an appointment - A 50% deposit is required to book the date and time of the appointment. The appointment is secured when the makeup artist confirms the receipt of the 50% deposit or full payment by the client. The balanced of the payment will be made on the day of service by cash.
The deposit is forfeited when the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled. When the appointment is rescheduled and another date has to be arranged, the new date will be considered a new appointment and a new 50% deposit is required to secure the new appointment.
In the case of corporate bookings, rescheduling and cancellation of the appointment will incur a 50% charge and 100% charge within 24 hours notice.
Replacement of Makeup Artist:
In the event of emergency and unforeseen uncircumestrances due to illness, accident, flight delays etc. a replacement makeup artist will substitute the role of the current makeup artist.

Full payment is required before commencement of courses. The makeup courses and hair courses are conducted for personal use and knowledge only.
