Returns & Refunds
Each piece of item is carefully examined and packed for shipping. There will be no reason for the item being damaged and returned.
Returns may not be accepted in the following cases:
- When item contents has been depleted by 30% from customer's consumption.
- When item has been damaged due to customer's handling neglience.
Returns may be accepted in the following cases:
- Wrong item shipped.
- When the items received are faulty.
All exchangeable items are to be exchanged within 5 days from date of receiving your package, with the orginal invoice/receipt included as proof-of-purchase.
Items should be in good saleable condition
Refunds
All sales are final. All items sold are non-refundable.
