Returns & Refunds
Returns will be accepted when:
- the wrong item is shipped.
- the items received are faulty.
Returns will not be accepted when:
- the item contents has been depleted by 10% from customer's consumption.
- the item has been damaged due to customer's handling neglience;
Please send a picture of the faulty item via email in order for us to verify the condition of the item.
* All items have to be exchanged within 5 days from the date of receiving the package, with the orginal invoice included as proof-of-purchase.
* We recommend that buyers send the item by a trackable method to ensure safe delivery to us.
* A delivery charge will be incurred to re-deliver the item back to the seller.
* Returned item should be in good saleable condition.
Refunds
All sales are final. All items sold are non-refundable.
