I've been asked many times how to draw eyes using liquid eyeliner. Here's how... pull taut your eyelid. Start from the center of the eyelid and draw to the end. You can flick up for a more 'awake' look. Bring the eyeliner to the start of the eyelid and connect to the center. Rest your 'drawing' hand on a flat surface for support. Easier said than done? Practise!
